MAKING ORDER

How to I place an order on your website?

Ordering from xqsitworld.com is simple:
Discovery to the products you like, choose the size and colour and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. You will then be taken to our shopping cart page from where you can place the order by following the step-by-step instruction.

How to change the order information?

As a rule, once the order has been made, the detailed information (the size, the colour, the material, etc.) of the item is not allowed to change anymore. If case of wrong choice, contact the customer service, or cancel and reorder the right product.

How to check order status?

You should sign in first with the correct email address and a password that is the same you use when you made the order. Then click the button of “My Account”–“my order ”you will see the order status, if the order has been shipped, you can check the tracking number or you can click our order tracking to track your order status.

If I place a repeat order, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team in the first way and tell us the two order number, so that we can resolve your problems as soon as possible.

I filled in the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

Please contact our customer service team in the first way, tell us the right shipping address. If the order has been shipped, you will not be allowed to change the shipping address, so you need more care to fill in your shipping address.

PAYMENT METHODS

How can I make the payment?

There are different ways you can choose to pay on our website. You can choose Vougepay using your debit or credit card, bank transfer and Cash on delivery (COD). You can click Payment Methods to see more details.

Can I pay for the order by cash on delivery?

Xqsit World accepts cash on delivery.

How do I pay for my order using Vougepay?

If you choose Vougepay to pay your order, you can pay using your Vougepay account or if you don’t have one, you can pay using your debit or credit card.The payment is safer and easier. Just fill your credit card or debit card according to the page instructions:

  • select the goods you want to buy
  • click on the checkout. You will be redirected to the VoguePay checkout page
  • review your ordered items, note down your transaction ID and select your payment method
  • provide your email address and submit
  • on the card issuers’ portal, enter your card details
  • you are then returned to VoguePay. Click on ‘Return to Merchant’s Website’. Please note that VoguePay does not have access to or hold card   details
  • you will be notified by email of your transaction.

I paid for my order and the order status is still pending?

Please contact our customer service team send us the transaction ID. Once we check you have paid ,we will process your order at once, please rest assured.

I don`t how to choose the right size?

You can check our size chart for your reference,if you still don’t know how to choose ,please fell free to contact our customer service.

What does one size mean?

It means that there is only one size available for the item, generally a medium size to fit the majority of customers. If you are not sure whether the clothing will fit, please refer to the product information for details or contact our dedicated customer service with a pre-sale inquiry.

If I order a wrong size, what do I do?

You can send it back to exchange, however you are responsible for the shipping fee both ways. Usually the double shipping cost is more than the item price, so we strongly advise you to check the size information carefully when you make the order.

Note: If you used to “Checkout as Guest”, you should use the email address you entered on the shipping address page. You can sign in with Facebook if this is the same login way you used while you placed your orders before.

How will I update the shipping address in my profile?

After login, visit My Account > My Address and you will be able to update your shipping/billing address in profile.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

What is the processing time?

We will dispatch your order within 2 – 3 workdays after your order placement t is confirmed. You will receive the tracking information via email once the order is dispatched.

How long does it take to delivery?

If you choose express shipping, it will take 2-3 working days to get your items. If you choose standard shipping ,it will take 5-7 working days to get your items If you want to know more detailed information, please look at the dedicated Shipping & Handling page or consult our Customer Service staff.

What is the shipping cost?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following: The shipment method you choose (we offer Standard and Express Shipping options)
The destination state that the package is going to How many items you order, and the total weight and volume (size) of the parcel. Yоu pay thе cost оf shipping based оn thе distance оf уоur location frоm Lagos. It iѕ added to thе items purchased оr pay оn delivery.

How do I save money on shipping?

In order to save cost on shipping, you can choose standard shipping which is much cheaper than express shipping.
Express shipping is expensive compare to standard shipping, but it takes up to 10kg per one order at a flat rate see delivery fees. Therefore, we suggest our customers to place all things in the same order to minimize shipping fees.

What could cause an invalid tracking code?

The tracking information normally appears after 1 business day for standard shipping and a few hours after expressing shipping. If no tracking information updated for a long time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will contact the shipping company for you.

Would уоu bе able tо ship tо a P.O. Box/APO address?

As оf now, goods ordered саn not bе shipped tо P.O. boxes and/or APO/FPO.

Whеn will I bе reached in rеѕресt of my delivery?

You will be reached via email or SMS, 24 hours before уоur order will be delivered, wе will email уоu with уоur shipping details. Our shipping company will call you the day of your delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

What dо I dо if my goods аrе damaged оr faulty uроn delivery?

Wе plead with уоu tо рlеаѕе thоrоughlу check thе packaging оf уоur item(s) whеn thеу arrive, if уоu sense аnу damage уоu ought tо make note оf it whеn signing thе delivery form. How dо I return a product?

You should contact our customer service team in the first step, tell us the reason why you want to return your items. The customer service will offer you return address. When you return your items, write down your order number and put it together with your returning package. Let us know the tracking information once it is delivered so that we can process your return/exchange request in a timely manner.

I want to replace the items, what do I do?

If you choose replacement, just contact our customer service team,tell them the item code or item link, size and colour. Customer service will help you to change your items.

I received an item that is different from what I ordered?

Please contact our customer service team, we need your assistance to provide us a product number of the item you order. Once we receive the product number picture, we will take further action and resolve your problems as soon as possible .
